No, they are Peacock Gobies, more correctly called Peacock Gudgeon.

They are the perfect fish.
 
1) Colourful as a killifish
2) Peaceful as a cory
3) Able to fit nano tanks
4) As easy to breed as a livebearer
 
In Dreamer's piccy, the male is on the left, he has a humped head, the female is on the right, with a black bar along the bottom of the anal fin.

Great competition folks... I know its heartbreaking sometimes when our favorite fish doesn't win, but at the same time, the competition is extremely tough.  Great fish (et al) and fantastic pictures of them!  I always have a hard time deciding on my vote.  Very, very tough this month - just like last month, just like.... well, you get the picture!
