Ive 3 angelfish 1 is quiet big & dwarf gorami & pearl.
(please excuse my fish spelling)

question answered. but some of the fish have big mouths, lol

If you are going to put them in a tank with an adult angel, they need to be given time to grow to over an inch long, 2.5 cm. That could easily take 4 months unless they have lots of swimming room. At 12 cm pearl gouramis may get big enough to eat an adult guppy so I would not be comfortable keeping them together at all.

its looking more and more like im going to need a second tank.
if i got a 30 to 80 litre tank, would i need a heater for them?..... and a filter,( i could prob get away with no filter)

well guppies been known to survive fine in cold water but u need a filter ;]

Angels NEED heat. So dot he gourami's. Gourami's are very VERY sensitive to water quality. So are angels( no as much so). A filter is neccesary, a heater is as well. Your looking at a tank about 120 litres big.
