Apistogramma Agassizii Is This Normal

is 29c to hot for them to breed coz my tank has been at 29-30c in the day and 28-29c at night

No temp is too warm for them IMO, it needs to be between 25c-27c. pH want to be 6.0-6.5 and water hardness from 5-8 dH. Plus change about 25% of the water every two weeks.

I thought it was every week...

The longer you keep fish, the longer you will learn that nothing is written in stone. Much of what is involved with breeding fish are individual observation and gut instinct, things that are often difficult to convey over a computer. Sometimes weekly water changes aren't the best thing, sometimes every two weeks may be too often in certain circumstances.

This link will provide a bit of insight into replicating seasonal changes and how they affect fish. I have used reduced or expended versions of this with several species with success. It is not all just one play out of the book, rather many differing plays to suit the situation presented.

Oh, I am sorry. I just thought that it would be the same for them.

thanks for the link but im not sure i could do it because my would only have 1g if i lowered the water to 25% and im not sure he could handle the temp being that low.
