Just a query. On average how long in your experience do Apistogramma Cacatuoide and Apistogramma Hongsloi live for.

Males usually dont last as long as females IME, but three to four years is doing well for captive breds..

Cheers Ken, I was thinking along those lines. Your be glad to hear my Asian fish are moving from my South American tank. The barbs are already gone and in a month the Kisser will be moved to. I was planning on odering a trio of Hongloi and a trio of Cacatuoides around about easter.
