Api Test Kit Lost Colour Chart

I have gone and lost my colour chart for my API waster test kit, so cannot check my results. Does anyone of a link to the chart please.
 
I did find it the other day but for the heel of me cannot find it again on line.

Bare in mind that the colour charts are supposed to be colour calibrated. So if you print one off from online, you can't guarantee it'll be accurately coloured at all!
 
Maybe worth phoning API and seeing if you can get one from them?
