Api General Hardness Test

Does anybody have the instructions to carry out a general hardness test using an API Freshwater Test Kit?

I have the kit but no instructions.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It's basically the same as the KH test. Add a drop, shake, look for color change. Repeat until color change. Colors are basically reversed from KH though.
