Also could it be that i should replce my juwel nitrate removal sponge? I havnt replace any of the sponges, checked on a website said that the nitrate sponge should be replaced every two months?...

No its just marketing rubbish you wont need to change your sponges for years

Yhh true.. Jus sqeeze them in siphoned tank water

Tank has been running almost 5 months now.. All my fish seem healthy & active so i am just going keep up with tank maintance and hopefully have happy fish for many years

Yup. Regular water changes and routine maintenance are the clean to "happy", healthy fish.
