Hi,

I was wondering, did anyone have an experience in Aphyosemion Schioetzi Ngombe Z91/1?

Thanks :good:

I will put the eggs to hatch... The guy didn't count them could be 12 to 20 may be 30 he told me.

brine shrimp eggs are put to hatch also.

As I have said I have no experience with this species but will look up some literature for you.

yes just wanted to give an update on what i'm doing with them.

looks like i've around or over 20eggs (short count).

see what happens in next days.
Microworms are ready in case of no BBS hatched soon enough.

I've fifteen young fry all well
short count of eight eggs still to hatch must be some more inside the peat moss...

Update :

I had 43 eggs! hatched in May 09

I unfortunately lost some fry...

Give to my ex colleague and friend :
2 males
3 females
all are fine

Had three belly sliders , one died in the previous weeks, probably because they have a shorter life expectancy

Two males improper for reproduction (look strange and weak)

Five very good looking guys
Twelve very good looking girls

I just extend my fish tank set up, so I can give them more room and hope to move a trio in a smaller tank.

so in total 26-27 Schioetzi on 43 eggs.

See you

Throw up some pics M8

wow of the tank or the fish?
My camera is so bad I hope to get you some pictures, but can't promise.

My Schioetzi seem to lay eggs after all
I move java moss (remainings) from the 30L tank to the new 54L, and in wonder saw several eggs  :hyper:
:good:

Not sure they're viable but hope so...
