Anyone Know What Kind Of Fish This Is?

Saw this at my friend's place. He has also bought a tank, but is fish-in cycling his...

He had ten of these fish in his tank...they look really pretty, (photo doesn't do them justice)...he didn't know what they were called in English though, and cannot find a translation on the net for this fish.

Please help...I would like some of these in my tank once it is cycled...I think it is a a tetra of some sort, but heck, what do I know?

I just did a quick google and a search on fishbase and found white clouds are Tanichthys albonubes which do best in water around 18C to 22C and are thus semi-tropical. They are not truly cold water fish but are often kept with goldfish because their temperature ranges overlap nicely.
