Anyone Kept Kribs With Cory?

was thinking of geting 1 krib for my 95 litre tank which has 3 three striped cory and a bn plec, a little worried the krib will bully the cory

should also mention my tank is 80cm long

I have kept kribs with C. paleatus and have not experienced any problems. In that size tank you can even go for a pair. They breed easily if you provide them with a cave. At that point in time they may be a bit agressive towards other fish coming close but your tanks is big enough for the cories and other fish to keep out of their reach.

i always had corys with my kribs , no problems at all even when the kribs had wriglers .

I have corys with breeding kribs and they have learned to keep out of the kribs way when necessary. You will have to have enough caves for everyone as if you have a breeding pair of kribs they wont tolerate the corys anywhere near their cave. I have several caves with large spaces in between in my tanks and everyone is happy!

nope krib shouldnt bully the cory. ive had some pretty nasty fish and only 1, a blue lobster, has ever bullied a cory.

I have had some Peppered corys with an almost breeding pair of kribs. They lived peacefully, sometimes the corys would try to enter the Kribs cave but the kribs gave them a gently pech on the nose. The stupid corys were always trying to enter the kribs cave lol

I personally wouldn't put any kribs in with cories,especially when they kribs in breeding mode,they become very possessive..

Kribs are usually very good parents, just like Lionhead/Blockhead Cichlids (which I have). However, as I found out, good parenting can take on a "psycho" approach on all other tankmates ("mum" was constantly twitching as if on an adrenaline drip feed three months ago, she went balistic on any fish within 6 inches of her curious fry (read "vultures" these days)... Its only recently I have been able to re-introduce other fish without issues to that tank.
