Hiya folks,

If you think you have what it takes to make a little cash from your hobby like me and a few others here on the board then read on.

Here are a few places that I use and I know they pay you and have a good sized buyer base.

SHUTTER STOCK - http://submit.shutterstock.com/?ref=7650
BIG STOCK PHOTO - http://www.bigstockphoto.com/?refid=19og4J1buv
DREAMSTIME - http://www.dreamstime.com/resp19211

I have been with all of these companys for just under a year and have reached the payouts on shutterstock & Dreamstime.

Im not going to lie about it the links I have given you are referal links. If you dont wish to use them please dont. From signing up and getting accepted I get a few pounds. Just delete the ref parts of the links if you dont wish to use the referal link.

If anyone is unsure please dont be afraid and get in touch with me via pm or email JK2004 @ gmail . com

Speak soon & good luck,

Joel

Or, like me, you could set up your own website and sell them yourself. ;)

Might check out the links, though. I've heard that if the photo is good enough, quite a bit of money can be made through websites such as that.

hey just wondering how many shots you have uploaded and how many times per week there downloaded?
Just getting started myself so im in no rush just wondering.
Can you show us any examples of your work?
Thanks
Greg

Thanks so much Joel for these referrals. I had forgotten about stock agencies and are pretty new to digital photog. Wasn't aware there were so many opportunities for photogs out there. My only problem is that I have hundreds, maybe thousand that were shot on negative or slide film. Hear scanning them is a whole other project.

Might not do anything now, because I'm starting back to college here in the US (after 30 yrs) to finish up my bachelors degree so I can go on for a master's degree to become a therapist or mental health counselor..But it's good to keep in mind..and if I join and you can benefit from it, too, so much the better!

Take care.=Wendy :D :D :D    :thanks: :thanks:

Just to say,

You get out of these sites what you put into them.

If you expect to earn lots of money by uploading 10 pictures find another hobby Lol.

I try to upload around 3 - 6 pictures a month. Im in it for the long run not just for a quick buck. So im building my portfolio up slowly.

Also be wise. If it is a holiday like now getting reasy for xmas, upload that type of stuff.

I submitted these two the other day:

They have already sold 10 times between them !!
