just search for the instant ocean skimmer, they are exactly the same

i hear they are good skimmers for light stocking and for budget skimmers, very good value

That's because they are Ski The ammount of customers that bring them into work asking for prefessional help to get them working is considerably higher than any decent skimmer. They reportedly don't work as well as they could even when they are working... Often they require a bit of "botching" to get them to even draw in air to mix with the water, as the airline kincks in the pump area...

If you want a cheap/budget skimmer, get an air driven one
