Any Idea What This Is?

Hi all

Cleaning out one my tanks on Saturday, took a java fern plant out as I was having a change around and this 'creature' crawled out of it!! Made me jump even though it was tiny.

Had legs at the front and then a long thin body??

Any ideas??

I didnt know they could live in water.
Silly question, are they dangerous to fish

They start out life in water, then crawl onto land, attach to a structure or tree then emerge as beautiful dragonflies. Not harmful to fish.
