Another Tank, What To Stock?

Well, a friend of mine recently told me he was selling his 2ft 100L tank, complete with internal filter, heater and light unit. I was planning on getting a new tank for a while, but i couldn't pass this up
My only idea was to start breeding a pair of rams in the tank, but other than that im stumped
Please tell me what you would do, or even any suggestions!
