i rele think my lfs has them confused with feeder guppies. they look exactly the the second pictures you posted and same with the females. Are the males only about 3/4 of an inch long?

Your absolutely right, most fish stores sell endlers as feeder guppies. Bonus is they'll be way cheaper to buy that way. Every fish store I've gone to, if I go to the feeder tanks, that where I'll see endlers so look there. Its sad b/c they're so pretty, but they stay smaller then the regular guppies.
