Are angelfish less likley to eat soft corals like duncan? or will they eat those as well?

it depends on the angelfish. Some big angels like adult blueface and emperors will eat corals. Most pygmy angels don't bother if they are well fed. If you get juvenile angelfish and feed them a variety of food, they will be less inclined to eating corals. If you get adult angelfish then they will only eat what they normally get in the wild. For some species that will be soft corals.
