Pregnant, Worms or Full Bellies

Several of my red coral dwarf Platy females have a somewhat distended belly that is pale red with a tinge of yellow. They are eating and are active. No abnormal poop. Do you think this is pregnancy, worms or just well fed? The fish are very camera shy so the photos are not very good. Thanks.

They're just being pregnant. With certain females, once the belly grows, the skin of that area will stretch. In case of a moderate or lower concentration of chromatophores (color cells), the intensity of the color in that area will fade. This is a normal thing. So, no worries...
