I fell bad for the my angel now. :sad:

I'm going to change the tank the quick has possible
by the way how do you now that the fish is stunted?

i dont know how to tell, but by my best guess is that the feeler thingys are too small and its a little fat. when changing tanks, if your taking down this one and replacing it the 20, then take the old filter and run it along side the nw filter so there wont be another cycle, if keeping the 9 gal, then take some of the crap from the filter and put it in your 20 gal filter.

Reasons I can tell:

It's looks like it's a square, which means the fish hasn't had room to develop properly.
It's fins are not very big, they should be straight out and long.
It's pectoral "feelers" are small, which they should be larger than that.

When it's stunted, they do not live as long.
