I would up the number of pandas, but only bc you don't have that many bottom feeders, and the higher the number of cories, the better the behavior
Bolivians are great bc they are easy going community fish, but they can hold their own as well.
Getting a mating pair of angels makes it tricky, bc they're full grown and testy bc they're in mating mode, so they'll be ready to pick off little fish. You could always up the numbers or rummy's to make up for any losses

or just have a look and wait til you see some good sized rummy's or harlequins. My harlequins did great with my angels, I didn't lose any. When I added rummynoses, they immediately acted like prey, and my angels were like "oh good, snacks!!" lol. But again, every situation is different.
There's always the way of getting a group of small angels and waiting for two to pair up, then rehoming the rest, that's what I did but not on purpose.
