Angel Fish Gender?

Are these guys still too young to try to guess gender? Body, without fins, is just short of half dollar sized. [large pictures, used spoiler to let you load them at will]
The top one is more aggressive and holds it's fins open and erect most of the time. Bottom one is shyer, and keeps a lower profile fin wise.

It's near impossible to tell unless they're mating or have grown much older to grow a hump on his head.
 
i read somewhere they have other, more subtle differences as well. Idk, Was hoping someone here would.
 
They are too young to sex really, DreamerTK is right that the males develop a thickening on the forehead which I think is the best way but you can also see a few other indicators like the shape of the ventral fins, males get whats called branching about a fifth of the way down and also mouth shape helps determine gender like I say I think these are a little too young just now.
