Hi guys I asked before on breeding them and was told the stock wasn't good so I have only got 3angels 3bn and 3opaline gouramis in there now is this ok to start breeding them or are the gours still at risk of death?

With gourami's being timid fish, and angels being rather pugnacious, especially when breeding i would say they are going to be at some risk. As a breeding prject for angels they aught to on their own if possible, as bristlenose's will inevitably try to eat any eggs layed in the night when the angels can't see.

Like mentioned, it is hard to get a breeding situation going in community tanks. One option could be is place a couple of pieces of slate for the angels to lay their eggs on, then remove the slate and put it in a rearing tank with lots of aeration so the eggs don't fungus.
