You can get them at most any agricultural supply outlet. They are fish safe, I have three 150 gallons running ATM.

Yeah I was going to say the thing as Tolak did. The stores around me sell those giant things for like $40-50 for the biggest ones.

I've always wanted to use one of those big puddle pools for fish in the summer .

On the rough exchange rate of £1=$2, works out $22 for an 80L tub. If you're not concerned about aesthetics and want to save cash in the long run on heating, this is pretty cheap - just wrap a plastic bag around once its fitted to save you getting glass fibre shards under your skin - they itch:
