Algae Only On Plants?

hi guys wondering if you can help me i seem to have algae only on my plants i will upload a couple of pics

On the second pic you seem to have some GSA and/or diatoms on your older saggitaria leaves, but none on the healthy new growth.  This might be a sign of a plant that is settling into a new environment and winding down old leaves in favour of new acclimatised growth.
 
Or your plants might be telling you that they'd like more nutrients.  What fertiliser are you giving them?

i have JBL sandbar on the bottom and i put in tropica plant growth premium fertiliser once a week
