Hi- I have a 20 gallon with 2 minnows, 2 goldfish and an albino african clawed frog, any ideas for what kinda algae eaters besides snails do well around 65 degrees F? Thanks

i think the best one is meant to be the Hillstream Loach... if you find goldene on here, i know she has about four and will be able to tell you all about them, as far as i know they are the best ones for coldwater tanks and they dont grow like 6ft long :)

good luck! Josh :p

Thanks for the recomendation Josh :D Bo sox fan - alge eaters- they come in different colours and markings and are called hillstream loach but also come under chinese alge eater and sucker loach to name but a few, they only grow to 3-4 inches and are fasinating to watch they like cool and moving waters, I have 3, 2 spotted and 1 striped. picture of spotted one below
