Alfa Grog

Does anyone know whereI can get some Alfa grog rocks from, setting up a sump and seem to be a bit short on it.

Woops, so used to being on uk forums for cars and suchlike that I forget this place has such a large community, im in Glasgow. Anywhere that does it mailorder would be good, as i've tried a good selection of the close shops.
