the dent is the same colour as the fish,no pin holes that i can see,no bleeding he seems to be in good condition just off food and the dents etc

Keep an eye out for pitting on the face and head area, right the dent could be a wound, but i would keep an eye on it for changes, can you issolate the fish as with having the pinholes in the fins you have bacterial finrot and it needs treating.

the ph is 6.7 and n02 is 0.1 i also have 2 tinfoils 10" 2x sharks 6" 3x clown loach 5" 1x red tail black shark 4" 2x kissing gouramis 1x6" 1x3" not over stocked?

I'd say you are. You've got a lot of fish that are going to get BIG. My main concerns are the giraffe cat and the arrowana

the giraffe and the arowna are going to a bigger tank when they have grown maybe their own tank each
