Keep an eye out for pitting on the face and head area, right the dent could be a wound, but i would keep an eye on it for changes, can you issolate the fish as with having the pinholes in the fins you have bacterial finrot and it needs treating.
 
have quarantined gonna keep a close eye on him he was growing so well hope he survives,thanks to all for your input
 
Need an anti internal bacteria med for the finrot, good luck.
 
Is there a chance you could get a pick up of the sick fish.

I'd say you are. You've got a lot of fish that are going to get BIG. My main concerns are the giraffe cat and the arrowana :/
 
the giraffe and the arowna are going to a bigger tank when they have grown maybe their own tank each
