Albino Bristlenose Male - experiment with flash

I'm trying to determine the best way to take photos... I use Canon A70 which is a 3mp camera.

I've taken 3 pictures:

Picture 1: Normal mode, no flashes in macro mode.
Picture 2: "Night Mode", much longer shutter speed, no flashes in macro mode.
Picture 3: Normal mode, using flash. I placed the camera right against the glass to prevent flash from reflecting off the glass.

What do you think? How would I improve this?

I think the second one looks the best, but if you try using a long shutter speed with fish that are moving you're gonna get blurs!!! He's a lovely fish though!! :D
