Air Stone Not Working..

Ok so I changed all my media into a new tank, plugged in the bubble pump.. dropped the air stone in the water and little to no bubbles came out... it was working fine just a couple hours ago.. anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Did you check and see if there are any kinks in the the tubing?

EDIT: Also, where the air enters the air pump itself cannot be blocked.

If the air intake is blocked, than the pump will not be able to draw in enough air, thus, there will not be enough air leaving the pump.

Do you have any kind of needle valve controlling the air flow, if so, is this open?

Make sure your check-valve is facing the right direction on the air line tubing.

Also if this is the airstone that you were using before, and you took it out of the tank and let it dry before putting it in the new tank I have sometimes had that cause them to block up.
Easy way to check. Disconnect the pip from the pump and blow down it, see if you can make the stone bubble, if you have to blow too hard maybe the stone is blocked.
Also you can disconnect the pipe from the stone, but leave it connected to the pump and make sure you get plenty of bubbles comeing out fo the pipe, that will make sure your pump and valves etc are all working correctly.

Schmill and Fathead have pretty much covered it, but also, if you have the stone in deeper water than before, this will reduce the amount of air you get out of it.

I had this the other day and there was air in the pipe. I had to disconnect it get all the water out of it and reconnect it while it was on. Done the trick for me.
