Got home this evening and noticed that the fish in all three tanks were acting a bit odd. Nothing drastic, but my as an example my cupids had patchy colour on, and everything was a bit subdued, even when feeding.

A little later I went upstairs and saw my clock radio flashing and realised there had been a power cut. From the look of the manual timers on my plug sockets by the tanks, it was about an hour. Filters and temperatures all seem fine now, but I'm guessing this is the reason for them being a bit off?

Is there anything I should do now or just give them time. I do at least have a full head count still!

So long as your power is on now you should be fine.
We had a three day power out at one point a few years back. After 12 hours I began to feel antsy and did a 15 lt water change every few hours. (My water change bucket is 15 lt) Just to introduce some air in the water.

I didn't loose any fish and when the power came back on I was so happy.

You should be fine. If you want to airate the water more quickly add an air stone and get some bubbles going, or do a small water change.

I can't see an hour being a problem - filters and heaters might be off that long during a big water change

If your worried check your water stats with a liquid test kit but I personally wouldn't be concerned

Thanks, they all seem fine now - cupids have their normal colouring back, and the tigers are back to their usual active selves!
