African Cichild?

How many african cichild can i have in a 29 gal tank? I am going to remove all my fish and bring some african cichild i need to know some information about them and way of breeding them. What can i stock them with. Thanks Just asking maybe i will change my stocking.

ANother question can i feed them pellets and flakes at the same time. I mean for my goldfish. Feed them in the same time in the tank?

As far as the goldfish, I don't see why you couldn't feed them pellets and flake at the same time, but why not alternate the feedings. ex. feeding #1 - flakes, feeding #2- pellets.
