African Butterfly Fish

I was just wondering if anyone keeps the African Butterfly as I saw these locally once and they look very cool! Apparently they are solely surface swimmers and aggresive towards others at the surface, but my fish rarely if ever hit the surface.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience (you just can't beat good old experience!)
