this is the first time i have considered this, but it seems fun.
i have been reading about ADFs for a long time. i heard they only need 1 gallon per frog, is this true? can i keep them with guppies? i read online they eat the fry and it provides them with good protein how many gallons do i need for 3 guppies (1 male, 2 female) and 2 ADFs? woud the guppies eat blodworms too? will ADFs eat flake food (not just live, frozen or pellet foods) how do you tell the difference between ADF and ACF? also could i use a filter (i read vibrations are bad, and that ADFs don't produce a lot of waste)
it probaly loooks like i didn't research, but i did and i couldn't find anything about these questions.

EDIT: also could i keep ADFs in my 5 gallon tank, with 3 cherry shrimp?
also i am pretty sure i could use a storage container that is 14.25 inches depth, 7 inches hieght, 20 inches length, about 8.6 US gallons,

:EDIT BY MOD: Please don't try to by pass our filters, they're there for a reason

A 5-10 aquarium will hold a trio of guppies and a pair of frogs. A small sponge or internal filter and a small heater would be all you need.
For decorations, sand and plastic plants work well.
To tell the difference between adf and acf just look at the feet. They are webbed on the adf and not the acf.
As for keeping them with cherry shrimp, I.would advise against it. When they molt they would be vulnerable to predation.

ADFs need a main diet of frog and tadpole food, with live food for treats the same as fish.
In the UK, look for Zoo Med frog food and in the US, HBH food. They can also be fed on broken up reptomin sticks.

alright thanks.
@thereverenedturtle could i keep just one male and female guppy.
@essjay i will be feeding them bloodworms, and im thinking between reptomin sticks, and the HBH food

You could, but the female would be very stressed from constant attention from the male. If you would just like a pair get 2 males.

ok, well i just measured again and it would only hold 6.6 gallons, so i am gonna put them in my 10 gallon once i move those fishies in there out ( i don't have the filter and heater yet, since i am trying to take it slow, i also don't have the frogs or guppies yet. so could i possibly do 2 frogs, and 4 guppies (1 m: 3 females) in the tank?
here is my other idea about moving the fish in the 10 gallon tank. http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/409985-move-tanks/
