Advice On A Decent Filter

Hi All

I need to buy a new filter for my 18ltr. It came with a mini elite filter but IMO, it doesn't do a good enough job.

Would anyone know of a small and good enough filter on the market?

I personly like this filter it goes up to 45 litres but you can never have to much filteration

But you CAN have way too much water flow for a Betta (I suspect the filter may be for a Betta).

Maybe, not too sure, shrimp or betta. Undecided at the moment

If it is too powerful, just wad a #29###-load of filter wool in there.
