Advice Needed On Tetratec Ex700 Plz

hi im thinking this is the filter im going to get for my new 170L,BUT it will have to fit in the cupboard this time as the tank is in the hallway- one side door is 23 x14 inches ( im sure it will fit but dont want to get it then have top send it back), its also 10.5 inches from back to front of the cupboard.
also is this as easy as the ex1200 to use?

EX700 and 1200 are the same layout (4 trays) but the 700 is just smaller

Is the 42cm height including any piping as my cuboard is 44cm high so i'm not sure the EX700 will fit.
