Adding picture to questions/replies

Hi.
Can someone please tell me how i can add a picture of something when i post a new question,or answer one?
The pictures are on my pc in "my pictures".

I believe you can upload pics under members' aq pics, but that's not what you want. From what I've read, you need a site that'll let you save your pics on their server. Once this is accomplished, you can add the url under "img".

This should also work if you have your own site, though.

Sorry my answer was vague. I've never tried to post my own pics here.
