I really can't help it though.. tried the whole sleep hygiene thing and it doesn't work. And the health clinic refuses to give me sleeping pills to get back on track.

lol I just stay up all night and sleep most of the day and then school comes.

I did that for the weeks before and after reading week.. it's really not good.

Well I like it. Wake up a 1-2 soemtimes 3pm and go to bed 4-5am soemtimes if friends are over no sleep at all.

about the sleeping pills:
i found out that benadril works really good. and its not over the counter.

I'm grumpy without sleep.
Benadryl isn't strong enough for me.. I have real sleeping/allergy pills called Novo-Hydroxyzin, and those don't even help anymore.
*Sigh.*

I'm calling it quits on more banners for tonight, though I think I'm going to edit my very first post so that they're all there.. it saves people from searching through all 9 pages of this thread!
