While I agree with most of your other comments, your filter floss won't even touch on the clarity purigen can deliver. Having used purigen for quite a while, I can vouch that not carbon, or filter wool will even come close. I suggest you try and see what you think..
Until I tried it, I never actually realised how clear my water could be...and yes you are being cynical lol.
