does anybody know anymore info abour this toxic fluid it is suppose to produce it and why and can it kill other fish??

It's probably for defense. Many saltwater fish release a toxin when they're stressed. Sort of like a poison dart frog. The main reason it's toxic to tank mates is because it's in such a small space, compared to the rivers it lives in in the wild.
