I REALLY want to get some bettas from the internet. Im 15, and have a card that i can use on ebay. Also, i have enough money. I cant seem to be able to convince my peeps to let me buy it. They dont believe its possable to 'post' a fish. Also, they see fish as 'a waste of money' and i am worried about the fish dieing leaving me with some 'i told you so' parents. Can anyone help? Has anyone had experiances like me?
Thanks
Finlay

Hi Wacky.....sending you a pm :good:

Aww, thanks netty :/

i hope i dont seem a little tantrumy... its just i am boycotting my LFS World of Water due to the awfull conditions the bettas were in. They werent even treated like fish

tell you parents nearly every fish you can buy has been posted halfway around the world already, it is a 100% better bet to buy a fish from a local breeder and have it mailed, or to spend the money on aquabid and post the fish directly to you then to go and buy a chain lfs fish...that has been stressed to its limits and then forced into some horrible tank conditions and given the chance to pick up some realy tough to beat diseases.
