Yep, Ladybird (ladybugs to our American cousins) lavae are very very different to the adult beetle but just as efficient hunters of aphids and greenfly. If you find them in your garden, welcome them because they eat pests!

yea i get that wenever i tell people that too, im not sure why people dont know that (discovery channel...duh)
