Hello, I had an opaline gourami and rtbs. I then got some angelfish and had to wait for them to grow big enough to defend themselves against the gourami, which was chasing them a lot. I asked my neighbour to look after it in his fishtank- it was very small (30x20x20cm or something) and had a red finned shark, and 2 orange loach things. The gourami is about 7cm long, one of the loaches was slightly bigger than her, and one smaller. The gourami has been in the tank for about a month and the loaches have died, with a skeleton found. the neighbour is not particulary bothered with the fish so did not really notice anything. The fish get fed one every 4 days or so- did my fish eat the loaches (if it did!) out of aggressiveness, or hunger, or something else?
