Fish Crazy
Hi there. Haven't been on in a while - due to having no internet connection! Hope you are all well
I have got a new aquarium. Measurements are 24"L, 18"H & 12"D.
Could anybody tell me the approx. volume please?
I have a few questions about the stocking. At the moment, it houses 5 black neon tetras that were from a previous (smaller) tank. I am going to increase this to 10, and also purchase 10 'normal' neons. It also has 3 trapdoor snails and 1 young female BN.
I am planning on buying 10 Rummynose tetras, maybe some cherry barbs, and perhaps 5 male guppies? I want a peaceful, community tank, as you can probably tell
. I am also planning on adding around 6 cories. Does this sound okay? Could I add anything else such as a dwarf gourami or 2?
At the moment, the tank has black gravel as the substrate, which I like, so I am going to stick with that. But I am interested in planting it. However, I dont think that I have the time to do a full amazing plant-up like I have seen so many of on here. So does anybody have any good flora suggestions that I could plant lots of that dont need alot of work but should still make the tank look good?
Thank you.
