Well I am finally getting to grips with my new camera, and I am really pleased with it, especially with the macro facility .

I thought that this one of the Swan was really cool (if I do say so myself!!!)

And some spring flowers in my garden taken using the macro facility. I couldn't believe the detail.

You can even see 2 bugs on this one!!!

Thanks everyone! It is an Olympus SP500-UZ. 6.0 mp and 10x Optical Zoom I am very pleased with it. I wanted an SLR, but felt that they were going to be too big. This one is very compact and easy to use with one hand!
