it is refreshing to see an old standard, and highly human messed with fish for sale in it’s unmolested, and farmed form… have you guys seen any other “old aquarium standards” for sale in their wild caught form lately???

My first ever fish. Think that may be a lot of other people’s as well.

I thought about buying a few, since it was one of my 1st fish, like 50 years ago… but I just don’t really have a tank for them right now…

Also, if you try to buy them on Aqua Imports now they will only let you put 2 of them into your cart. If you try to buy more you get a pop up which says: "Please select a value that is no more than 2"

However, the last sentence in their description of the fish says: "In the aquarium, they will do well in nearly any community tank, but prefer plenty of open swimming space and are an active schooler, most comfortable in groups of 5 or more."

So they suggest we should have at least 5 but will only allow us to buy 2. *sigh*

when I see that sentence, it usually means the stock is low, and they only have that many left…
