It did happen just after I changed over to a new external. I guess that coupled with the door being left open... The thing is at the time it was probably...2 days after I started with the ferts and carbon. So of course I presumed I'd dosed more than my tank needed.
I did move all of my mature media over into the new filter, but I guess it just wasn't filtering as effectively straight away, possibly because some of the water will have been able to go around the mature filter pads... Oh well, will just have to keep an eye on things.
