So with my overtime season starting at work getting my 75 gallon started stalled it is however going up this weekend. We have decided whats going into it as well. My bichir and cichlids are taking it as they will be the largest of my fishes. the current contents are.

2 young sengalus senegalus bichir
5 mixed lake cichlids
1 young blood parrot (not blood red just blood)
1 bristlenose pleco
1 large msytery snail (3inch or more diameter he just keeps growing)

they are all getting along well in thier 55g. I was curious if there are any suggestions on other additions. I was considering just some more mixed chichlids or maybe another parrot or larger new world cichlid (jack dempsy maybe). Or maybe some kind of bottom dwelling fish.( they were with gold claw crabs but the male is all thats left and he will be going in the community tank for his own safetey).

Congratulations on setting up your 75G! That should be a nice improvement over the 55G size. The kinds of dimensions you can get with 75 should give you more surface area and create a nicer swimming area for the fish. Enjoy!
