54 Liter Stocking Advice

So i currently have two tanks as 60 and a 54 liter. The 60 is fully stocked.

But i was wanting to get a pair or trio of dwarf gourami.
In the 55 i have 4 guppy 1 male 3 female, and a female swordtail, who is full size
and one BN pleco. Its planted, but they are low as they ar trimmings and they need to grow, since all the other plants seemed to vanish​

54 Litres is a bit on the small side for DG but maybe one could work.
2 Males = Death,
if the tank was a bit larger you could of had 1 male 2 females.
Whats the dimensions?

its 60x30x30 give or take a 1cm / 1/2cm

I had one male and a female before, and they were so happy, sad that they got dropsy

I'd say maybe one male because you really should have 2 females per male with DG to even it out with the male pestering them, But i dont think you have space, So i'd say one male or a pair of Honey gouramis

I dont like the honey as much, i prefere the flame DG
alright i will see what i can do.

The male and female i had before were paired already and did spawn

How about a trio of sparkling gouramis?

They look nice, i wonder if i can get some, not seen them before, or the 'powder blue' were classed as them around here
