29g Stocking

How would this stocking work in a 29g tank:
3 Apistogramma agassizi (1m/2f)
9 Cardinal Tetras
9 Harlequin Rasboras
3 Swordtails
1 Chinese Algae Eater

I have the Tetras, Swordtails, CAE, and 4 of the Rasboras, other I would need to buy. I would be willing to trade the CAE in if he would cause issues.

P.S. I posted a similar question in the Cichlid page, but that one is more in depth like as far as plant and tank setup, so I hope its not an issue having this here too.
