125ltr/33g Tank...... What Would You Stock With?

As the title says, tank very heavily planted, would like a nice rare cichlid (possibly to breed) but a peaceful one that will be ok with say galaxy rasbora's and green and black neons.

PH of around 6-6.5 ...prefered temp around 76-82 somewhere middle ish would be fine.

I like yellow labs but i doubt if this tank would be right for them...ie needing a higher PH and rocks? so any other suggestions other than rams.

Cheers truck i do like the apisto borelli, are any of these actually rare though or does every tom, dick and harry have them?.

Want somethink that will be a centre piece fish which will have the wow factor when people see it instead of someone saying "oh ive kept them, there lovely fish" if you know what i mean lol.

Gourami's arnt my sort of thing im not a fan of them at all, but i may add some dwarf's at some point..... would they go with this type of cichlid ok?.

I know i sound such a newb with these questions lol, but as many of you know im a plec man so this is pretty much all new terrotory for me

Thats not really what i asked m8, i dont see a blue phantom plec everyday but doesnt mean there rare.
