My fish keep dying randomly I have been doing this along time and never had this problem. Some fish show signs like just sitting in one place and others hide. Some of them are fine and the next day dead. I have a lot of plants not a lot of dead leaves I have tested the water though it is not perfect no were near life threatening towards the fish? Need help other wise this will be my last tank

What are the most recent results from water parameter test. I remember @Byron talking about prolonged exposure to even 0.25 of nitrites and ammonia does long term damage. What fish are dying, what are they with? Have you noticed any odd behaviour?

I have rainbows, kuli loaches, corys ,Kribs, halfbeaks, keyholes, geos, Octos, and South America dwarf cichlids, also a betta. All the testing I have done everything nitrites nitrates and so on are a little under or a tiny over or right on

At one point I did see a tiny looking red worm hanging from the fish bottom but I have not seen this for a while they have been treated for this. Also I have about 120 pounds of sand It is by far not a professional aquatic planted tank but looks good

Members will need to know more data in order to offer suggestions. When you say tests for "nitrites, nitrates, and so on" are "a little under or a tiny over or right on" we need the test numbers. Ammonia and nitrites should always be zero, any increase is a problem. Nitrates, depends. The tank size, and the numbers of the fish species. Any recent additions or changes. All additives used.

If you can copy paste this template and fill it out, it'll help. We can't see the tank or the fish, so the more info you give us, the better. Otherwise it's just a guessing game with no clues, which won't really be of any help to you.
